If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our Return and Refund Policy.

The following terms apply to any products purchased from us.

Interpretation

The words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions shall have the same meaning whether they appear in singular or plural form.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) refers to Forever Markets, operating in Uganda.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the platform.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

App refers to the Forever Markets mobile shopping application.

Website refers to Forever Markets, accessible at https://forevermarkets.shop

You means the individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 3 days without providing any reason.

The cancellation period expires 3 days from the date you received the Goods or when a third party appointed by you takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us through a clear statement.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive the returned Goods. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original Order, with no additional fees.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The Goods must have been purchased within the last 3 days
• The Goods must be in original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Goods that deteriorate quickly or have expired
• Unsealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons
• Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning Goods to Us.
